Set up a Packaging Unit and let it crank batteries from Originium Powder and Amethyst Parts. Run loaders and belts straight into the Thermal Banks so the fuel supply never "forgets" to happen. After that, make sure the electricity can physically reach what you're trying to run. Relay Towers and Electric Pylons are fiddly, yeah, but they're the difference between having power and having usable power.
